Terms and conditions

1. The service

posty.now is a studio where you connect social networks and ad accounts, type or dictate what you want published, and the assistant prepares the caption, the time, and the publish or schedule. You can read stats, messages and comments, train a lead agent on a public website, and ask for paid campaigns on ad accounts you connect yourself.

New accounts stay closed until 15 October 2026. Until then you can leave an email on the pre-registration list. That email is not a subscription and it is not paid.

2. The account

The studio needs an account. You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the password and for everything done from the account.

You can choose Individual or Team. Team is one agency login and clients added by name. Colleague invites are not part of this phase. A connected network account belongs to one client.

3. Connected networks

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, Bluesky, Reddit, or an ad account, you authorize us to use that connection only for what you ask in the studio: publishing, scheduling, stats, reading messages and comments, the lead agent in section 5, or a campaign.

You follow each network’s rules. posty.now is not Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or the other networks. Ad spend is paid to those networks, from their ad account. It is not part of the subscription you pay VLN MOTORS SRL.

4. Your content and AI text

Content you upload stays yours. You give us a limited licence to store it, process it, and send it to networks only so the service can run.

Generated text can be wrong. You check the caption, hashtags, and time before you confirm. We do not promise reach, engagement, or that a network will accept the post.

Voice dictation uses the browser’s speech recognition. We receive the text that lands in the box. We do not keep the audio.

5. The lead agent and chat consent

You can train an agent on the public pages of a website (the URL you supply) and turn on AI lead generation. When it is on, the agent reads new messages and comments received after you turned it on, on the connected posting accounts. It does not write into old threads and it does not message people who did not write to you after it was turned on.

The agent introduces itself as the posty.now agent. Before it continues, it sends a link to these terms and asks for express consent: the reply YES (or DA). Without YES it does not ask for a phone number, email, or other contact details, and it does not mark the person as a qualified lead.

If the person replies YES, they agree that VLN MOTORS SRL, through posty.now, on behalf of the page or account they wrote to, may continue the conversation, use their message, answer from the public pages of the trained site, and collect the name, phone, and email they leave (and, if they write them, details for a preliminary check, for example payment method or income), so a person from that page can contact them. Personal data is described in the Privacy policy. They can refuse: they do not reply YES, or they write NO.

The lead (the message, contact details, transcript, status) stays in the studio list, on the client the account is connected to. You are responsible for using this feature in line with the network’s rules and the law, including GDPR, towards people who wrote to you. You turn generation off from the same control in the studio. We do not promise sales, bookings, or that the person will reply.

6. Prohibited use

You do not use the service for spam, fraud, harassment, or other illegal acts, to bypass a network’s limits, for content that infringes copyright or privacy, or to sell or share the account.

7. What you pay, and to whom

The paid contract is between you and VLN MOTORS SRL. Stripe only processes the payment: money moves through Stripe into the company’s account. Stripe is not the seller.

The subscription is access to the studio, EUR 15 per month, after the free month described in the Subscription terms. The waitlist is free. You do not pay us your ad budget.

The amount due is the amount shown on the payment page before you confirm. If the company is, or becomes, VAT-registered, the tax is shown there and on the invoice before the charge.

8. Deleting the account

In the studio, open the account menu, choose Delete account, and confirm. Networks are disconnected, and the user and live studio data are deleted (conversations, posts, uploaded files, leads). If you cannot sign in, use the contact page from the same email and ask for deletion.

Deleting the account does not by itself undo a payment already taken. Money follows the Cancellation and refund policy. Invoices are kept for as long as tax law requires, even after the studio account is gone.

9. Suspension, law, contact

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend access if you break these terms or if the law requires it.

We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or rights the law does not allow us to limit, including consumer rights. Otherwise, liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers can complain to ANPC. Courts are those of Romania, except where mandatory consumer rules in your country say otherwise.
