What posty.now is

posty.now is a studio with an AI assistant. You say what you want — by typing or by speaking — and Posty drafts, schedules, and publishes on your connected networks. You do not bounce between apps to put the same photo on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Paid ads sit next to organic posts, plus an inbox (messages and comments) and a lead agent you train on your website. Posts and ads are different jobs; the studio holds both, and does not mix them up.

Top bar: Assistant, Connections, Posts, Analytics, Messages, Leads, Ads, and Guide. Messages opens in two tabs: direct messages and comments. Bottom bar: local time, language, and your account. On Team, you also pick the client there — connections, posts, and leads belong to the selected client. Every schedule follows that clock, not some other timezone.

Connections: posting

Go to Connections. Under Social, connect Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business, X, Bluesky, and Reddit.

Hit Connect, authorize, done. Facebook asks for a Page, LinkedIn can be a profile or a company page, Pinterest a board, Google Business a location.

Bluesky does not use a normal login: it needs an App Password, not your regular account password. The help link on the card explains how to create one.

You can connect more than one account on the same network. Whatever is connected here is what the assistant can publish to, and what shows up under Posts, Analytics, and Messages.

Connections: ads

Posts earn organic reach. Ads pay to be seen. In posty.now both belong — they just connect separately.

Still on Connections, further down under Ads, connect Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, X Ads, and OpenAI Ads.

An ads account does not publish to the feed. It unlocks paid campaigns: what is running, what you spend, what you get back. The campaign list is under Ads in the top bar. New campaigns are created from the Assistant.

OpenAI Ads has no login popup: you paste an API key from ChatGPT Ads Manager. Those ads are cards inside ChatGPT (title, text, image, link), static images only, a fixed campaign budget (minimum $1), and business eligibility — currently the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

What each ads network supports

Each ads platform works differently. The card on Connections → Ads shows what you can create, whether you can boost existing content, what audiences you get, and how complete the stats are.

Boost means putting money behind something that already exists (a post, a Pin, a tweet). A standalone campaign is a new ad. Not every network does both.

The assistant

The assistant is the heart of the studio. Ask for ideas, captions, publish, schedule, a month of content, or a promotion on a specific date.

Write naturally. No special commands. Name the networks, when it should go out, and whether you want a caption. If you do not name a network (and it is not a series for every network), Posty asks — it does not guess.

Attach up to 50 photos or videos, 100 MB each. Picker order is series order. Wait until uploads finish (orange badge), then send.

Clean chat clears the thread. Use it when you change topic or want to reset “don’t ask again”.

Try saying

  • “Give me three Instagram captions for a rainy Monday coffee shop.”
  • “Publish this now on Instagram and TikTok.”
  • “Starting tomorrow, one a day, on every network, at the best time.”
Voice dictation

Talk. Posty types. It is the fastest way to give a long instruction without a keyboard.

The microphone next to attachments is not a gimmick — it is the natural way to work in posty.now. Tap, speak like you would to a colleague, watch the words appear, fix a word if you want, send. Perfect when you have just picked 50 files, when you are on your phone, when you are describing a dated campaign with networks and tone, or when you simply do not want to type.

It works best in Chrome or Edge. The first time, the browser asks for the microphone: press Allow. If you hit Block by mistake, open the lock icon in the address bar, allow the microphone, reload.

While the mic is orange, Posty keeps listening — you can pause and continue. The placeholder becomes “Listening… speak now”. Tap the mic again to stop, then Send.

You can dictate in Romanian or English. If a phrase comes out wrong, edit it in the box — you do not start over. Attachments stay; voice fills in the instruction.

Try saying

  • “Starting tomorrow, one a day, on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, at the best time, no caption.”
  • “Schedule this photo Friday at 10, it’s the autumn sale, Instagram and Facebook only, with a short sales line.”

Captions, ideas, brand voice

If you only want inspiration, say so. Posty offers 1–3 options and does not publish.

A caption is written only if you ask (“write a caption”, “give it a description”). If you send a photo and say “publish on Instagram now”, it goes out with no text — it will not reuse an old caption from the thread.

When you supply the copy, it is used exactly. If it is too long for a network (280 characters on X), it is trimmed to the limit and you are told.

You can describe the brand voice: “we are a warm bakery, no emoji, no slang.” Posty keeps that in the conversation so later drafts stay on tone.

Try saying

  • “Write a short caption, five hashtags, warm tone.”
  • “We are a photo studio. Voice: clear, no superlatives. Remember that.”

Publish now

Attach media if the network requires it (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest). Name the networks. Confirm on the card.

“All networks”, “everywhere” means every connected posting account. You can exclude: “everywhere except LinkedIn”.

It is not live until you see a green check on that network. “Publishing now” on TikTok means it is still processing — not an error. Wait for the check.

Try saying

  • “Publish this video now on Instagram as a reel and on TikTok.”
  • “Post on every network except Reddit.”

Schedule at a specific time

Name the day and the clock time. Posty uses the clock in the bottom bar (your local time), not a hidden timezone. “Tomorrow at 18:00” is 18:00 on that clock.

You can combine: publish a story now on Instagram and TikTok, and schedule the reel tomorrow at 12:00 on Instagram.

Try saying

  • “Schedule this tomorrow at 18:00 on TikTok and Instagram.”
  • “Friday 15:00 on LinkedIn, this text, no photo.”

Best time

Say “at the best time”, “optimal time”, “peak time”. Posty does not invent 18:00. It picks the next peak window from industry research (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer), in your timezone, as a stand-in for audience local time.

This is not your personal analytics — the posts dashboard is daily, not hourly. It is a solid default; if you know your audience is up at night, name the hour. An explicit clock time always wins.

Each network has its own rhythm. Instagram on weekdays tends toward ~11:00 (stories ~12:00), with an evening fallback ~19:00. TikTok toward ~19:00. LinkedIn skips weekends. Instagram and TikTok at “best time” may go out at different hours — that is intentional.

Try saying

  • “Tomorrow at the best time, on Instagram and TikTok.”
  • “Move Friday’s post to the best time.”

A month of content: daily series

Attach up to 50 files, in the order they should go out. Say “starting tomorrow, one a day, on every network, at the best time” or “100 carousel posts with 5 mixed photos each”. Photos and videos can mix.

The default is cross, not copy-paste. On the same day, each network gets a different file. Facebook might get media 1, X media 2, TikTok media 3. The same file never goes out on two networks that day. Across the month the files rotate so the calendar stays full.

If you want the same file on every network that day, say so: “the same on all of them”. Otherwise it stays cross.

TikTok takes photos (photo mode / carousel) and video. YouTube skips photos — it will not get stills. The confirmation card shows, per day, which network gets which file. Large series always ask for confirmation; they will not skip the card.

Try saying

  • “Starting tomorrow, one a day, on every network, at the best time.”
  • “These 10 videos, the same file on every network each day, at 19:00.”

Promotions, launches, specific dates

A campaign is not a series. A specific date is not “one a day”.

If you have a promotion, a launch, a Black Friday, an event — upload that asset on its own. Say clearly when it should go out and on which networks. One file, one instruction, one confirmation.

If you drop campaign creative next to 29 other daily-content photos, the series treats it as just another day in the month. It may go out on Tuesday instead of Friday, on TikTok instead of Facebook, or next to a reel that has nothing to do with the offer.

The same rule applies when the asset is meant for ads. A daily series is cascading organic content. A paid ad, a boost, a promotion with a deadline — separate, with a date.

Try saying

  • “Schedule this photo on 15 September at 10:00, Instagram and Facebook, it’s the autumn sale. This copy, exactly.”
  • “Publish the launch video Friday at 12:00 on Instagram as a reel and on TikTok. It is not part of the series.”

Formats per network

Reel exists on Instagram, not TikTok. Story exists on Instagram (and Facebook), not TikTok. “Post on Instagram as a reel and on TikTok” = Instagram Reel + a normal TikTok video.

“Instagram as a story and TikTok” = Instagram Story + TikTok video. “As a video on Instagram and TikTok” = Instagram publishes the video as a Reel automatically, TikTok as a video.

TikTok also takes stills (one photo or a carousel), not only video.

Name a format only on the network that has it. Do not ask for a reel on YouTube or a story on LinkedIn.

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest require media. LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Facebook, and Reddit can be text. X trims at 280 characters. Do not mix image and video in the same tweet.

Try saying

  • “This video: Instagram reel and TikTok, now. And tomorrow at 9:00, Instagram story.”

The confirmation card

Before anything goes out, you see a card: networks, time, preview, and for series a slot per day. Confirm or Cancel / edit.

You can tick “Don’t ask again in this chat” if you want speed. That preference is only for this thread; Clean chat resets it. Large series still want eyes on the card — it is too easy to schedule 50 days wrong.

If you cancel, send a new instruction. Confirmation expires after a few hours; if you left the tab open overnight, send the command again.

Cancel, reschedule, edit

For a post scheduled from chat, you can ask to cancel it, move it, or change the caption. Identify it by network, time, or a snippet of the text.

Rescheduling can be a new clock time or “at the best time”.

Try saying

  • “Cancel tomorrow’s TikTok post.”
  • “Move Friday’s Instagram post to 19:00.”
  • “Change Monday’s caption to: …”

Posts (history)

Posts in the top bar is your calendar: drafts, scheduled, and published, only for the accounts connected here. Filter by network, account, status, source, and date range.

Use it to check whether a series went out, whether a schedule is still pending, or to open the post on the network. Publishing and scheduling still happen in the Assistant; this page is the history.

Messages and comments

Messages in the top bar has two tabs: direct messages and comments. You see threads from the connected accounts and can reply from this page, without opening the network’s app.

Filter by platform, account, and status. Something only appears if a posting account is connected at Connections → Social.

This inbox is you talking. The lead agent, if it is on, answers separately on new inbound messages that show intent — it does not replace this inbox.

Leads

Each client has their own agent. Add the site link, train it, tell it how to talk, then turn generation on.

On Leads, paste the website URL and press Train the agent. It reads public pages and products. If it is already trained, the button says Already trained.

In the box below, tell it how you want the conversation to go: prices, what to spot (“how much is it”, “am I free on a date”), and your booking link if you have one. That is your briefing; it does not replace the crawl.

After training, press AI lead generation. From then on it only answers new inbound messages received after you turned generation on — not old threads and not messages you sent. The inbox is scanned once a day.

It introduces itself as the posty.now agent, asks for consent (YES) and sends the terms, then answers from what it read on the site. Leads show in the list (message, comment, or ad) as new / contacted / dismissed. Turn generation off with the same control when you want it quiet.

Analytics

Analytics is the organic-posts board: engagement rate, reach, followers, posts in the range, best post, charts by platform and over time, and a heatmap for a good hour.

Filter by platform, account, source (created here or from the platform) and the last 7 / 30 / 90 days. Open the best-post link to see it on the network. The thumbnail is the post image; for video you get the network icon if there is no preview.

Bluesky and Reddit give limited stats (likes, comments, shares — no impressions). Other connected networks give the full picture, within what each API provides.

This is where you see whether organic content landed. Ad spend is not here — that is under Ads.

Ads

This is where campaigns and money show. If no ads account is connected, the page is empty — that is not a bug.

Ads in the top bar: active campaigns and past ones, on the connected ads networks. Filter by platform, account, status, and date range. New campaigns are created from the Assistant.

Use it to decide whether a campaign is worth continuing, not to confuse it with a post that did well organically. A reel with many likes and a campaign with a strong CTR are different wins.

If no campaigns appear, check Connections → Ads: is the account connected and active in the range you picked?

Phrases that work well

You do not need to memorize commands. These examples cover almost everything the studio can do.

Try saying

  • “Give me three Instagram captions for a bakery on a Monday morning.”
  • “Publish this now on Instagram as a reel and on TikTok.”
  • “Schedule tomorrow at 18:00 on LinkedIn, this text.”
  • “Tomorrow at the best time, on Instagram and TikTok.”
  • “Starting tomorrow, one a day, on every network, at the best time.”
  • “The same video on every network, one a day, at 19:00.”
  • “Schedule this photo on 15 September at 10:00, Instagram and Facebook only — it’s the promotion, not part of the series.”
  • “Every network except LinkedIn.”
  • “Cancel tomorrow’s TikTok post.”
  • “Move Friday’s post to the best time.”
  • “Write a caption, warm tone, no emoji.”
  • “Don’t ask for confirmation again in this chat.”
  • “Create a Meta ads campaign, traffic to the site, €10 a day.”

If something goes wrong

Dictation writes nothing: Chrome or Edge, Allow on the microphone, lock icon in the address bar. Reload. Then the mic in chat — it should stay orange while you speak.

“Publishing now” on TikTok: wait. Processing is not an error. The green check is the signal.

Nothing publishes: Connections → Social, is the network connected? Do Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Pinterest have a file attached?

File rejected: 100 MB max, 50 files max. YouTube skips photos. TikTok accepts photos (carousel).

Confirmation vanished: it expired. Send the command again.

Empty analytics: connect a posting account at Connections. Empty ads campaigns: Connections → Ads, then Ads in the top bar. A posting Instagram does not fill the ads dashboard.

Lead agent not answering: is it trained? Is AI lead generation on? The message must be new inbound after you turned generation on. The inbox is scanned once a day.

Wrong language: the language switch is in the studio’s bottom bar, next to the clock.
